steadily working off the delicious cheese muffins and raisin muffins baked by my wonderful friend for the weekend. literally ate 6 on one day and another 6 the next day... the scale was up on Monday (from 73.5-74.6) so it's defo coming back down again and I'm feeling a lot less bloated.
162.9 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
