I did not eat a lot yesterday but I felt full. I think that "eating clean" (no junk food but a lot of veggies and fruits) makes me take much less calorie each day, and I am happy that I have tried hard to avoid all the junkies from school.

I did Chalean Extreme Burn 2 and T25 Total Body Circuit yesterday. I felt a bit sore, especially my shoulder, arms and legs. (I do not know why my legs are sore as well if I just lift the weights most of the time.) Before I went to sleep last night, I was thinking that when I woke up to weigh myself, I would gain 2-3 lbs from the soreness (water retention). However, I found that I neither gained or lost any weight... I do not know if it is good or bad.

Anyway, I will continue working on it ... :D
149.2 lb Lost so far: 50.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
