A bit more time in the gym yesterday. A little down today. Bit by bit I advance.

Gail bought me some 40" shorts for the summer. I tried them on over the weekend. They're a tight fit, but a fit. This is progress. I haven't had a forty-inch waist in a long time, certainly not since the mid-1980s. So I am feeling somewhat encouraged even though my weight loss is slowing.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 105.2 lb.    Still to go: 63.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

A little snug is Ok... you will "grow" inversely into them! They should be perfect in a months time! Keep up the effort and the good work!

Thanks to both of you. I'm hoping I'll be a proper 40" in a couple of weeks, that's generally what a snug fit means.
