Have actually seen a gain of 3 lbs while trying to get back on track. Very frustrating. Started jogging for the first time in 7 years though. Can't do much, but it's a start. Determined to get back to 135 at least and I am GOING to firm up.
146.0 lb Lost so far: 54.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
