Slept 4.2 hrs last night. Asleep 330am. Awake 800am by alarm. mask leak.
Napping all day. Fell asleep seconds after sitting down to watch news on TV.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
