I feel like quitting :(
165.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

hold ur horses over there dnt say such stuff, i know its hard ive felt that way be4 but uve gota keep on, just make sure to log everything, download the app on ur fone to make it simple and track urself dnt give up...u can reach ur goal who knows maby we'll reach ours together :)

Don't give up... I know it's hard and some days can get to be too much... but you WILL be so proud and happy if you just keep going - even if you take months to reach your goal, by just hanging on you have achieved something big and more than some other people out there! Keep on fighting - you can :)

Keep going :) Remember this is not a quick fix it is a permanent change. You will feel so good when you start seeing the results :) Keep it up, you CAN do it!!!!!

Thanks guys I feel much better, but I hate it when I don't see the results even if I eat well :(

sometimes that happens yes, you eat well but dont see movement on the scale...just remember that muscle weighs more then fat so in turn you could be losing weight and gaining muscle which is a very good thing :)

I never ever do it but I am supposed to - so follow the advice or others and take pictures and measurements - the scale is only 1 method of tracking! I have not been on the scale in more than 2 weeks now and I don't want to get on it either - the more you weigh, the more it affects your mood and the more you want to get on that scale... so try pushing it aside for 3 weeks and just live a little! Listen to your body and live healthy and happy...
