Well a 2.8 lb drop this week. I'll take it. This week was the perfect storm. I've been sick for the entire week and its the Peak of Tax Season. Because of that, I did almost no exercise this week. Long hours at the desk taking DayQuill, NyQuill and Pertussin DM to get through the week. My appetite was so depressed all week that my caloric intake was in the tank. I've started to feel much better over the last 36 hours, so I'm going to try to take the dog for a nice walk this afternoon.
249.4 lb Lost so far: 80.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
