1165 kcal Fat: 28.75g | Prot: 61.03g | Carb: 181.50g.   Breakfast: Ham, THOMAS BAGEL, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Lunch: MINUTE MAID LIGHT, FREESTONE PICKLE, baked potato crisps (barbeque), Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, turkey breast with broth, Classic Yellow Mustard. Dinner: Corn on the Cob Nibblers , Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips (From Dried Potatoes) , Grilled Chicken Whole Wing. Snacks/Other: Dreyer's & Edy's Fruit Bar Strawberry, light & fit strawberry yogurt, STRIDE SWEET PEPPERMINT. more...
