It's been a tough week. I'll take this pound loss. The total loss for May is 5.8 lbs. It's been a good month. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
144.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
