ate normally: must be dehydrated. impossible to eat and lose 4lb in 4 days. maybe horizontal position prevented legs swelling. however first goal to reach is 9nly 10lb away; the first goal of many
209.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
