👉Doing home workouts as gyms are closed
👉Have done 20x 5km A Day walks in a row
👉Tracking what I eat but still suck at reporting it

chest 38---> down .5
upper belly 33---> same
lower belly 39.--> down .5
hips 39.75.---> down .25
thigh 22.5 --> down .5
calf 13.5 --> same
arm 11.5 --> down .5

174.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
