WOW! I'm finally losing weight again, YAY! I've started back on diet drinks for breakfast, & exercycling for 1/2 hr & doing my chair exercises every AM for flexibility & PM for strengthening. I hate using the diet drinks as they're good for fast weight loss but not for keeping weight off. BUT, I'm thinking if I use them just to lose to where Dr V (my surgeon) will do my hip replacement, then I can ditch the diet drinks, keep eating healthy & exercising more than I can now, the remaining weight is bound to come off too.
264.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.1 lb a week

I don't know what you consider diet drinks but my partner has hit his goal weight and part of the way he maintains it is with low carb protein shakes - usually two a day to keep protein up which in turn stabilizes blood sugar levels and keeps hunger at bay. He is planning for a hip replacement as well. We always have them in the house but I got tired of drinking them and went off them for about 2 months. I started back on the low carb protein shakes and the pounds started coming off again. I may not love them but I cannot argue with how they help the pounds come off. Congrats on seeing the scale move again.
