Pushing through being discouraged... I keep telling myself it's only 2 more weeks, I can do this for 2 weeks and then I'm done with this part. I can do this! It could mean losing another 7 pounds at least. I can do this! I can do this!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 13.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
