Now I follow new diet with more protein and less carbohydrates..
I'm so glad about my new body..I also don't forget to exercisedance
And dance with zumba and Shaun T..
It really helped me to burn fat.thanks for remaining me..
125.7 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
