Yesterday was a planned rest day. I ate under my calorie goal, met my protein goal, and did not meet some activity goals. 456 kcal deficit // BF unchanged and is still out of range // Sleep Goal met // Lift Day!!!
153.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
