Sunday was my "cheat day" so i went crazy on purpose as an experiment and had about 3000-5000 calories (3000 is what i think i had but if some of my estimates were off it wasnt over 5k calories.
249.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 79.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
