👉No alcohol since Jan 3
👉still doing home workouts as gyms are closed 20 to 40 minutes a day
👉Have done 14 x 5KaDay walks in a row

paying attention to my food but still horrible at logging it... that is the hardest part for me
174.4 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
