Started Atkins on May 12th, weighed myself on May 19 and i have gained 5lbs. A lady on Atkins chat room suggested to use this site to help. So here I am.
285.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
