Much better performance than yesterday, but that's not saying much... The carb diet is putting fluid on me. I need to get back to my LGLCHF diet. On the other hand, the waistline is staying right where I left it - solid!
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
