Not surprised that I went back up a bit, the majority of the lost weight was most likely water.

I'm not discouraged though, just striving to lose those 3 pounds for real!

Didn't get my walk in this morning because I stayed out too late last night, my husband's out of town through Monday, I hope I can get up without his help tomorrow morning, he's my "second alarm clock". Hit pause and wait for him to fuss at me to get out of bed!!

Read a great article about things to add to your water to boost your metabolism, the top 5 are (1)citrus fruits, let lemon slices flavor your water, then eat the slice for the fiber, (2) Cucumber (3) Raspberries (4) Cayenne Pepper (5) Blueberries. One doctor's favorite drink is to add all of the listed items excluding the blueberries.



235.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 85.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 19.6 lb a week
