When it's beautiful outside like it has been lately, I take the longer walk up the mountain road. I almost feel cheated when I can't do a walk with good hills in it. I'm trying to make exercise as important a part of my schedule as work. It certainly makes me feel better and more energetic overall, instead of tired. I never did see that connection before.

Stayed up too late designing 2 logos last night. My sleep sched is wack.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 55.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah Coco... you've got to move some everyday. I walk Coco one mile everyday, in any weather... If I don't go... well life just isn't right then! I do 2 miles on the treadmill too. But your right... if you do it and then don't... you feel like your missing something.
