Still losing at a good pace, thankfully. Down 4.6 lb this week. Down 80 lb since August 17th. I know that I'll slow down and even plateau at some point, but I'll deal with that when it happens. For now, I'll continue with the plan I've been following.
258.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
