Gained two pounds. But I did not do well this weekend. I drink too much alcohol one evening, and cheated on my diet before even going into ketosis. Ate really clean yesterday and got a workout in. My legs are super swollen and sore today so I’m hoping some of that weight gain is the water retention. However it keeps me motivated with everyone else losing. Plan to have a much better week this week!
173.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
