My carb addiction is biting me in the hindquarters. Last few days I've overdone it, and it finally caught up. Oh well, yesterday was probably artificially low anyway! Waistline is still good.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
