-400 grams, and I am on target. Have had a strange week, up one minute and down the next. Got sick on Friday, then on Sat, I binged.... but luckily it was mainly healthy.And craved chocolate. So I had a big mug of cacao powder with a dash of coconut sugar and hot milk! Yummo. Again, I find myself unable to do much exercise and I didnt walk, because of the cold wind. Having rheumatoid arthritis, sure stops me from going out in the cold. My feet are the worst they've been for a long time. MUST exercise and walk!!! Hoping everyone else had a good week. Cheers
