I must be doing something right the past couple of days. Pounds are dropping off. I don't feel like I've eaten much differently than last week... Ah, the mysteries of weight loss!

Actually, this week I've been more active than last week. That's probably part of it. Also, the weight fluctuation has been under 4 pounds total, and never more than 2 pounds in a single day. Not really much mystery, but I like to add a little drama when possible :)
182.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
