知道會變胖,但是這麼多還是嚇到了,檢視ㄧ下自己的飲食,昨天早餐沒吃很多確吃了波羅泡芙加餡,中餐又吃海鮮餅,晚餐吃了鹹鹹酥雞,雖然不多但都是高熱量,希望自己猜的對明天應該不會再升了,ˇ但需要小心點!
108.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.0 lb a week
