week 1 after the holidays, no alcohol, home workouts, ran 6km outside today (it was cold but it felt good)


think I'm back to being on the right foot!
176.2 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
