Yesterday was Take Care of the Leftovers Day, and I did just that. I ate too much, but the percentages were about right, and today I'm going to be very active, so, if I eat right again today (and maybe a little less), I'll be fine.

Waistline is back down to my all-time low! I can see a couple of abs if the light is just right, and I flex real hard, and I pull the skin around to the back... :)
183.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
