1/5/22 Dropped almost 10lbs from new year water fast 4 days (94 hrs). Aiming to get back to 165 and above with lean mass gain

Comparing my home BIA scale to DXA...
(weight was accurat but fat was estimated 5% too high. ACTUAL BFAT WAS 10.5%)
BIA 1p 146.0, 14.9% 6.0lb bone, 62.1% water
BIA 2:30p 147.8 14.8% (home scale)

DXA 2:40p 147.0, 10.5%

156.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
