I had leg day today. I had spent time on the squat machine doing three set of 15 reps. I'm trying to work on my weight as much as possible. Being this big is really embarrassing. And I guess that's why folks think I'm some guy when I'm not a guy. I've been using a lot of my dumbbells too in my workouts. This year just made me want to get it off as quick as I can go.
332.0 lb Lost so far: 15.8 lb.    Still to go: 172.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
