It’s been a while again since using this app, I find it hard to remember to fill the app out as I don’t aggressively meal plan. This app does help identify eating habits and show steady serving sizes.
Recently got an Apple Watch for Christmas so it put me in the mood to keep track again :) hoping came see results again this new year!
207.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
