Tussen gisterenochtend en vanochtend ben ik 0,4 kg zwaarder geworden. Tja, dat kan dus ook gebeuren hahaha. Het vetgeheim werkt dus blijkbaar
met dalletjes en bergjes.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
