I've been eating like crazy this days because I've been going out with my Dad (on Sunday) and with my Mom (today). I've had such great times with them, but now I got to focus on my weighloss. No junk food for a while. :)
145.0 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
