Full transparency & accountability. One thing I have learned from 2021 is that I can keep the weight off once I lose it. Giving that I realize I must keep up a fitness routine that is regular and also remember that all the junk I bought as “ treats” weren’t satisfying. Today several unopened goodies will be given to others. Cheers to a new year, and the first day of the rest of our lives!!! I wish us all luck in accomplishing our goals!

Scorpion card, I meant that after losing 100lbs, I kept most off for over a year, since summer and holidays, I’ve gained back 30lbs. I know I can do this .. I’m being kind to myself, but determined not to just give up!!!!!! Wishing you the best in the New Year!

I've found that the more I get away from salty and sugary and processed and fast foods, the less they sound tasty. Good for you for listening to what your body wants.
