I went a little crazy yesterday. And it was largely due to the Country Music Star Omelette at Village Inn. My uncle bought lunch (which had no effect on my choice, but thanks, Uncle John!), and I figured this would be a little more fat and carbs than my homemade omelettes, but that meal, by itself, was my entire daily fat allowance, and more than my carb target. And only a third of my protein. So, I got my protein, and a ton of carbs and fat. Calorie surplus of almost 2000 kCal. Crazy.
184.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
