Current weight is what I weighed-in as on Thursday the 8th. Have been cutting down on the amount of carbs I eat as well as exercising 3 days a week at Lifetime Fitness in their Total Weightloss Class. It's mainly treadmill walking but we do squats and pushups each day and then throw in strength training on Thursdays. Journaling helps a lot and having the accountability of the trainer looking over the journal and making suggestions or even doing the finger wag when I've been bad keeps me from falling back into old habits. Just bought a bike so that will add on to more exercising while enjoying the few nice days we're having. Class will be done at the end of June so I'll be posting (hopefully) an even better new weight!
