這個假日要很小心了,檢視我最近的飲食澱粉,含糖飲料和食物份量都變大了,我需要好好的控制,這星期目標不喝甜飲料,澱粉要少吃!
107.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
