The Love of Fit's Journal, 09 May 2014

I decided to weigh myself today (because it's all a part of the process. If I gained, I needed to be aware that my actions would have repercussions) But it turns out I went the other way (I'm not sure exactly how). I'm hoping it's not a decrease in muscle or it'll all be back soon. This is always the weight I get stuck on - I really, really want to see a 120something on the scale. I'm hoping this time will finally be that moment.
I'll be posting my food diary later. And thank you all for your support and tips, I know I wouldn't be at this point without you! :)
133.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.3 lb a week

It's always great to see good results! Perseverance and, sometimes, some minor adaptations will definitely get you results! :)
