Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.5 cm (big jump in the wrong direction but probably not fat)

Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale 6.5 % - The only good number today lol

Yesterday I did my full exercise routine. It was shoulder and abs day, then I did day 22 of the Ab Massacre :) Then indoor cycling (was feeling pretty energetic).

Today though, I skipped exercise because of convenience. I will resume again tomorrow :)

I was looking for an explanation for the increased weight and, there is actually a possible reason. I didn't sleep a lot. So I'm hoping that is the reason for these numbers heheh.

It could be water retention from your massive workout yesterday :)

It was more of a "generous" workout lol :D But that may be! I hadn't heard of that phenomenon yet! That's always good to know! :) Yesterday was a little more energetic than usual, that's for sure! :)

By the way, Thanks! :)

It even says on my scales manual not to weigh yourself just after hard exercise so there could be something about muscles retaining water when they are building up. Or just after exercise.

Btw also don't worry about weight we'll be done soon. Although your exercise gain is much better than my chocolate gain;-):-( I might even start a no chocolate challenge to wean myself off again I think I'm addicted!

Thanks Njashka! :) That would definitely explain some gains I've had after heavy exercise days heheh. Yeah! Chocolate is definitely addictive! heheh To be able to stop eating it, you have to replace it by an equally desirable food which is healthy. That was the tactic I used to stop eating sweets. It's very difficult to just stop eating it and not eating anything in its place :) But a no-chocolate challenge definitely helps motivating you! I remember that it helped me to constantly report my results. It definitely was decisive for me. If I felt no one knew what I was doing, I would have probably given up at some point heheheh :)

Gladly, I am very relaxed and not in a hurry about my weight heheh :) That definitely helps taking these readings easier!

Peanut butter, nuts, and fruit allow me to avoid chocolate. I haven't had any in 2 years :)

Wow 2 years no chocolate. That's amazing.

Thanks. Chocolate was my weakness. If I start eating it again, I'll gain back all the weight I lost - guaranteed.

I think it's just a fluctuation. Sleep certainly has a lot to do with it. Hope you have more sleep soon!

Mine too. I'd like to eat it in moderation but at the moment I think it's best to just cut it our all together until I have my cravings under control! Did you replace it with fruit or something like euheide at the beginning? That's my plan for now.

Oh you said already fruits, nuts and peanut butter sorry!

Those seem like good alternatives Christy! :)

2 years is definitely amazing Njashka! I'm still at some distance from that! heheh :)

@Njashka, I think that, as long as we're eating it, that it's always difficult to be controlled though but I wish you all the willpower! heheheh ;)
