Back up a little - I binged on carbs... and fat... and protein :). I ate too much. But I did work out pretty hard, so my surplus wasn't huge.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
