I went on the McDonald's diet yesterday... and I LOST WEIGHT! (Because I couldn't keep it down...)

Had to eat at the arches yesterday - there are good choices there, but few delicious ones. I tried the bacon clubhouse burger. The "applewood bacon" was their usual cardboard crap, and it ruined the burger. That and their "beef". Anyway, I should have done the chicken wrap. That's good stuff, and pretty good for you.

Somehow, I lost weight. Probably fluid.
184.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
