I think many things has been the key factor to my weight gain last year and this year so far. Last March was the one year anniversary of my dads passing and I also lost a great friend at the start of this year. He was my Pastor and friend. I have been under a lot of stress and depression as well. I am a mood eater and I eat when I am depressed or bored I do not know how to beat these things yet, so any advice?
