Hi, Sandra, I've been at it a little over a month and seeing some successes. Of course, we all have an idea about how this ought to go, and I'm no different. I sincerely feel that "A" diet is not the answer but to make the little every day changes of "real" food in your diet that will make the difference. Restricting processed food (Rice-a-roni, chips, sodas, lowfat this or that) and choosing whole food options make give you the jumpstart you're looking for! Best of luck and WELCOME ABOARD! :D
