Visit to Dr. Alm. A1C is down. Weight is down. BP is good. Triglycerides are too high. No new medications. Need to continue to lose weight.
288.2 lb Lost so far: 18.8 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
