Not much of a change vs yesterday...

starting tomorrow I'm going to aim to basically eat extra clean for a week. going to make sure to cut down on salts as much as possible and up my water in take.

I'm thinking that I'm going to add some flax to my food this week as well...

not sure what's caused this minor spike but cutting salt this week could help.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
