B 830am: 1 multigrain toast with hummus, ham, tomato, & cheddar. Coffee, 2 water
L 330pm:1 multigrain toast with egg salad & cucumber, coffee, 2 water
D 726pm: Zippy stew with beans & beef, 2 water.
Sn 808pm: cranberry almond cookies, 1/2 banana, 5 dates, few walnuts, coffee, 3 water

54.36 Protein. 1219 Calories.

did physio stretching homework in Am & PM as required. Hurt a lot but did it. Hope neighbours can't hear when I whine.
289.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 143.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
