This has not been a good week for exercise. My husband was off 2 days, we had a garage sale for 2days, and my sister is in town. I have watched what I ate and did not gain. My sister and I have been walking. When my sister goes home I am going to start in with my exercise routine.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
