Don't know what happened since my last weight-in. However, have had bursitis of the hip or sciactia nerve problems. Could not walk for awhile; had to even get temporary handicapp sticker. Guess not having my 10 minute walk to/from car during the day may be the reason. Am finally able to walk again, still not pain free but am able to walk. Need to start that again plus pick up my weights and stationary bike. It seems every time I get below 215, I go back up. Wonder if there is some hidden psychological barrier that I keep running up against. I need to figure out if there is and how to turn that barrier off.
