[Fake weigh in for Trust Fall Challenge] -

I've been sticking to my goals with the "Trust Fall Challenge" and it makes me very eager to see the results in the end. I'm SEEING results in other places rather than the scale. Stronger, as evidenced by increased push-ups in the "Four Minute Push-up Challenge". Faster, as evidenced by my personal 20-minute running challenge. Slimmer, as evidenced by clothes fitting looser.

I like these sort of weigh-ins. At the end of all this, I might just choose to weigh in once-a-month instead of weekly.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
